Each year, the Catholic Education Office announces the official enrolment period for its schools. For 2019 enrolments, this will be during the first 3 weeks of May. For further information and to register your interest in enrolling your child/children visit the MTS Enrolment Webpage.
Parents wishing to enrol their children at Mother Teresa school can obtain an enrolment form from the school (or at any CEO primary school in Canberra) or download the form below and return it to the school. All required documentation and the $25.00 enrolment fee needs to be returned with the enrolment form.
When submitting an enrolment form, parents must provide the school with a copy of the following documents:-
- Child’s birth certificate (or Passport)
- Baptismal certificate (where applicable)
- Immunisation records
- Up to date proof of residency
- If the child is on a Visa, then a copy of the child's Visa and Passport must be supplied together with both parent’s Passports and copies of their Visa.
At the end of the enrolment period, all applications will be considered and the Principal will make offers of placement to as many children as possible.
